1. Who we are and how to contact us
FTPSYNC and ftpsync.io are operated by WEBTEK COMMERCE LTD ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16175926. Our registered office is 83 Trinity Road, Edwinstowe, Mansfield, England, NG21 9RW.
For account questions, cancellations, complaints or these terms, email support@ftpsync.io or visit our contact page. These terms apply to the website and FTPSYNC software. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used, and our Refund Policy explains refunds and cancellation rights.
Checkout is not currently open: Paddle and Revolut Pay checkout is being connected. The purchase provisions below describe the terms that will apply when purchasing becomes available, not a claim that payment or licence delivery is live today.
2. Your software licence
After payment has been confirmed, your purchased software licence is activated. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use FTPSYNC for your own personal or customer-account use during the purchased term, subject to these terms. The software is licensed, not sold to you as intellectual property.
Keep your account credentials, licence keys and access tokens secure. Do not share, sell or lend them, allow unauthorised people to use your account, bypass licence or access checks, or attempt to access servers or content without permission. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use.
No specific device allowance or self-service account feature is promised by these terms. Any applicable product restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. You are responsible for using FTPSYNC lawfully and only with content and servers you are authorised to access.
3. Software and content are separate
FTPSYNC software only. Builds and content are purchased separately; your existing purchase rights determine what you can download.
Buying a software licence does not buy builds, files, FTP hosting or rights to third-party content. Separately purchased rights govern which downloads are available to your account; content providers may apply their own terms. Token access brings authorised FTP mirrors into one interface, but does not grant access beyond those rights.
No ownership, copyright or other intellectual-property rights in downloaded content are conveyed by your FTPSYNC licence. You remain responsible for obtaining the permissions needed to download and use that content.
4. Plans, prices and lifetime meaning
- Annual: $29.99 USD every year, automatically renewing annually unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- 2 Years: $49.99 USD every two years, automatically renewing every two years unless cancelled before the next billing date. This saves $9.99 compared with two current $29.99 annual terms.
- Lifetime: $99.99 USD as a one-time payment for the life of the FTPSYNC product, with no recurring renewal charge.
Lifetime means the operating life of the FTPSYNC product, not your lifetime, and does not promise perpetual content hosting, permanent availability of third-party servers or content, or continuing rights to separately purchased builds.
The lifetime offer is limited to 100 lifetime licences in total. Availability is maintained manually; any published remaining count is an owner-maintained figure, not live or automatically synchronised stock. We do not display a remaining count unless it has been supplied.
Prices are stated in USD. The exact applicable taxes and final total payable will be disclosed at checkout before you confirm a purchase.
5. Payments and renewal cancellation
For purchases through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles the payment under its applicable buyer terms. For Revolut Pay purchases, WEBTEK COMMERCE LTD is the merchant and Revolut is the payment provider, not the merchant of record. Applicable payment-provider terms also apply and will be available through the relevant checkout.
Cancel future renewals before your next billing date through available payment or account controls, or by emailing support@ftpsync.io. If controls are unavailable, contact support rather than assuming a renewal is cancelled. Include your order reference or checkout email, never card details, passwords or access tokens.
Cancellation stops future billing; it is separate from requesting a refund. You can continue to use the software until the end of your paid term unless the relevant payment is refunded or the licence is validly terminated under these terms. Lifetime purchases have no future renewal to cancel.
We will not apply material contract changes retroactively to a term already purchased. We will notify you in advance of changes to renewal prices or material renewal terms so you can cancel before the change takes effect. See the Refund Policy for our 14-day guarantee on purchases and renewals.
6. Requirements, downloads and safe use
Consult the download page for release status and system requirements before downloading or purchasing. Internet access is needed for licence validation and authorised content access. Release availability must be confirmed on that page; these terms do not announce a ready installer.
Download speed, server availability and completion times depend on content sources, your network, device and storage. No guaranteed throughput or uninterrupted access to every mirror is promised. File verification helps identify incomplete or missed files, but does not replace your own backups or confirm that third-party content is safe or suitable.
Disk-writing operations overwrite the selected target. Back up important data and verify the destination or disk you select before starting an operation. This warning does not exclude our responsibility for negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Intellectual property and third-party components
FTPSYNC is proprietary software. Unless the licence or applicable law permits it, do not copy or redistribute the software, modify it, remove ownership notices, or reverse engineer it. This restriction does not override lawful mandatory exceptions, including any right to reverse engineer for interoperability where the law allows it.
Third-party and open-source components are governed by their own licences. Those licences continue to apply to the relevant components and take precedence where they grant you additional rights.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, non-payment, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Action will be proportionate to the issue. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason, give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach; urgent protective action may be needed for fraud or a serious security risk.
If you believe an action is mistaken, contact support@ftpsync.io so we can review it. Suspension or termination does not remove statutory consumer rights or entitle us to retain money where the law requires a refund.
9. Consumer rights and liability
Your mandatory statutory rights remain intact, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content and any legally required remedies. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including non-excludable consumer digital-content rights.
We are responsible for loss or damage for which the law makes us responsible. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or problems caused solely by unauthorised use or independent third-party services outside our control. These limits do not excuse our own negligence or remove mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes, complaints and governing law
We may update these terms for future purchases and renewals. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retrospectively change a purchased term; renewal changes follow the advance-notice and cancellation provisions above.
Please send complaints to support@ftpsync.io, describing the issue and your order reference if relevant. We will consider the complaint and seek a fair resolution.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence or your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
